My experience with packet 8 was terrible: terrible online interface, no voicemail management, customer service impossible to get and incredibly unconcerned with customer's problems, hidden fees and generally the worst consumer experience I have ever had, ever. From the beginning to the final cancellation (for which they charged me a $60 disconnection fee even though I had a monthly contract and had been with them for 2 months), it was a horror and a heartache.

I have been browsing on-line more than 3 hours today, yet I never found any fascinating article
